PhyTip is a unique micro-scale chromatography that employs the patented dual-flow chromatography (DFC) technology, which is a foundational technology. It enables micro-scale purification of antibodies, AAV, proteins, and plasmids. The resin can be used from as little as 5 µl, allowing for small-scale protein purification, concentration, and high-throughput applications. Due to its chip-type chromatography, it is compatible with major liquid handlers. The use of PhyTip columns requires low-speed pipetting operations, necessitating specialized electric pipettors like the 'ME System' or liquid handler robots. It supports a wide range of resins and custom packing options.
